      No work life balance. They do whatever they think they need to to look good. There is nothing genuine about any leaders in this company. Being your authentic self as long as it fits their mold.

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
