No chances for growth within the company. And even when you apply for positions, neither HR or the hiring team will follow up with you to at least tell you you weren’t chosen. Recently applied for a position and had been waiting for 7 months until the HR guy said they had already picked someone a while back. No Christmas bonus. No sick days.
