Pros
-Overall the teams and coworkers here are great -Certain level of trust in employees to do what they need to do without babysitting -Good work life balance
Cons
- If you want your work to be noticed better be ready to be a "jokester" and kiss up to the right people, same applies for any kind of promotion. - Benefits and pay are terrible for a company that has surpassed $1 billion in revenue - if you do get hired please ensure you are tracking down all your work, review time you will be pushed on minor things while ignoring all the accomplishments to ensure you dont get a significant raise (which also why most people leave the company fairly quickly) - Lack of organization across all departments - they went for a "lean" structure which often leads to some doing lot more than others because managers barely have any true idea of how much work is actually being done - 401k matching doesnt even kick in until 1 year -Obvious lack of diversity and sensitivity towards diverse background (will say this is a WIP )
