Nice to get incentive bonuses if you meet the expectations

Angry customers and half of the time I agreed with them. They submit receipts for using their FSA cards and it seems like that is not good enough and then the claims department needs their EOB"s. S. People are not told this upfront so you will take the brunt of their frustrations. Hard to get days off as people but in their request at the beginning of the year.
