      Pros

      Good company to work for. Wex looks after the employees, offers very good benefits. They are very focused in culture and inclusion. The management is approachable and happy to take feedback and make changes if necessary.

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
