Pros

decent team and leads, department chats for assistance, flexibility with schedules

Cons

systems and products are rolled out before being customer friendly, UI for customer tools (online, mobile apps, etc) is awful, and sales doesn't seem to inform customers about the types of accounts they're enrolling in resulting in confusion and many closed accounts.

PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

Cons

Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
