Pros
PTO, end of year bonus, good raises year to year. Stock bonuses are given some years. Great peer support and lots of family first type mentality. Work at home is a definite pro.
Cons
Fast paced is an understatement. Senior management doesn’t know what’s going on in call center. Goals shift constantly and a lot of senior leadership is clueless and expects perfection when paying a pittance to call takers. You get what u pay for , pay for mediocrity expect that in return. Team leads practically manage themselves and have no direction from clueless bosses who disappear and don’t know how to lead successfully.
