Pros
HR team in Brazil is the best, creates a sense of community and everyone helps each other. Maybe Digital team also works fine, but IT is trying to reinvent itself with AI.
Cons
Teams in IT are being reduced and merged, before the new AI team have any kind of deliverables. This is slowing down the company, and creating a lot of uncertainty.
