Micro managing, metrics that are sometimes hard to meet with high call volumes, will get wrote up for being 1 point off on monthly metrics, no growth opportunities unless you know someone, processes change weekly and QA will deduct for not following the correct one. It is hard to keep up with all the changes with the volume of calls ….
