      Pros

      I'm excited when I arrive at work everyday, knowing that we're inventing the future of VR with a team of awesome people.

      Cons

      Virtual Reality isn't a proven market yet-- it's our job to make it viable, but I do worry about what the market will look like in a year or two if we get it wrong.
