Pros
There are very little pros to working in this toxic environment. However, it was rewarding when we had intelligent students to help.
Cons
Inefficient, frustrating policies/procedures that date back to the 80's. Management do not trust their staff. Seem to have no problem with, for example, in stock items in NZ taking up to 2.5 weeks to be ordered and arrive. Management will not listen to experienced staff's concerns/advice. In fact, they will bully you, and try and find a way to dismiss you if you speak out. Academically, I would not recommend this place to any students either.
