At Wellers we do not specialise and one of the main reasons I chose Wellers some 10+years ago. You will learn all aspects of the profession and become a well rounded accountant, auditor and tax advisor.
Wellers has a great culture and working environment, offering flexible working arrangements and time in lieu as well as putting on plenty of staff events throughout the year and ensuring interactions across all offices.
You are given exposure to clients right from the word go and you are able to build your own client base over the course of your career. Wellers ensures there is a plan in place for career progression without the need to look elsewhere. I have been supported throughout by 10+ years at Wellers and wouldn't be the professional advisor I am today without the support of my managers and partners over the years.

Like any job it can be intense at times but if you have the right mindset, willing to put in the hours and work hard you will thrive.
