      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and hours are somewhat flexible.

      Cons

      They claim there's no favoritism, but there clearly is and it reflects in the pay between an older employee vs. a newer employee. There is barely any opportunity to learn once you have your set place. There's a reason why turnaround time is so high here and it falls on management.

      I'm really sorry you feel this way. Weck is currently working on management training to improve all departments and company status overall. Although you may feel the pay is unfair, we base this solely on an employee's performance not on favoritism or seniority. We appreciate the advice.

      Fresh out of college and/or as an intern still in school, you will pick up skills quickly.

      High workload, lots of days that go over your normal hours. Get ready to grind
