      I have some really great coworkers

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and undervalued. Managers don’t seem to care about all employees, not much of a work life balance. The company used to have a much better culture but it has gotten worse over the last few years.

      Teamwork is great Functional team working together environment A lots of Project to work on

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what each is doing. Which creates issues and infighting within the team functions. Long hours due to on call rotation.
