Pros
People are mostly genuine and good. There are interesting problems to work on. There is job stability and definitely enough work and projects to be a part of. The company is very financially sound.
Cons
Management makes decisions purely on dollars and cents. Employees are not given the tools to grow. Learning and movement throughout the company is generally thought of as a negative and not encouraged. Top talent typically ends up leaving and the people left are so frustrated it erodes energy and stifles new ideas.
