      Really cool company, cool work, cool coworkers

      Cons

      Overreliance on AI, and Data to drive creative decisions. Too risk adverse to do anything noteworthy. The biggest swings companies take creatively, and the ones that pay off, aren't the ones backed by surveys, focus-testing, or CTA.
