Pros

Every team member has a voice and new ideas and opinions are always welcomed. The owners are really great that way, they make us feel valued and that our opinions matter. Actually they encourage us to speak up and to share anything that will help benefit our clients even more. I have worked for a few different agencies in the past and I can say that WEB ROI is right at the top. The people/clients are what make up the agency and as I mentioned before the team at WEB ROI is amazing and i couldn't ask for anything more!

Cons

This is not a con for everyone - some thrive in a fast paced environment. You need to be able to handle any issues that can arise and be quick on your feet. Again not really a con - just a heads up.

Pros

This is the best bunch of people to work with. Everyone is very supportive and always willing to help out. We achieve results as a team. I am lucky I get to come to work with friends everyday. The work-life balance is wonderful and management works hard to create a fun family-like culture. It is fast-paced and you are expected to work efficiently. There are high standards in place but that only helps us achieve top results for our clients. If you like a challenge while having fun at the same time, this is a great place for you.

Cons

You need to stay on top of your work at all times as we all rely on each other to do their part. This is not necessarily a con but it is an expectation.

Pros

Easy commute Free coffee Team dinners Nothing else comes to mind.

Cons

The owners of this company have serious anger issues and often take it out unfairly on employees. Just a few of the many incidents here over the years have been throwing hard objects at staff, screaming obscenities, storming out of meetings and slamming doors, intimidating staff until they are in tears, changing policies and rules with no notice to suit them, cancelling bonuses, constantly threatening staff and more despicable behaviour. I strongly suggest to anyone considering applying, not to do so.

Thank you for your feedback. As owners of the company we accept accountability for any negative feelings experienced by our staff, whether current or past. We do have very high expectations when it comes to our staff performing at a high level including proactive service, attention to detail (i.e. Quality work), and taking accountability when errors are made. Our promise to our clients is that we deliver solutions that provide them with measurable business results in the form of more leads, sales and profits. If we fall short of those expectations, clients become upset and if they leave it creates a loss of revenue which impacts staffing ability.
