It is genuinely the worst company to exist. This place needs shutting down. The management are disgusting egotistical *****s who shouldn't be trusted feeding themselves never mind running a regulated firm. Its sold as a holistic advice firm. But it's a cold calling hard selling factory of hell. If you want to be tortured. Killing yourself would be the better option.

Depends on team, but most do flexy hours, such that you can work 8-4. Nobody tends to work past this (in most teams). Good summer/christmas party.

Inflexible with hybrid working which is an outdated approach. Some leaders are slightly toxic. Limited development and growth as senior group does not evolve.
