Compensation needs to catch up - Creative Services Associate WDIV Employee Review

It is difficult to achieve upward mobility within the station because there are limited positions. Worse, the general pay is far too low for many positions and they do not often offer substantial raises, even to incredibly valuable team members. In the past few years many people, including myself, have been asking for more and leaving when they are inevitably not offered what they deserve. The workload is also overly heavy and stressful for many positions, because they should ideally have more people working in certain departments.
