Pros
They credit salaries on time.
Cons
There are a bunch of reasons why I did not like this place at all and why people should reconsider joining this workplace: 1. Neither the founders nor the majority of employees have a habit of asking the concerned person if there is any top-priority work before delegating another work. 2. Akshay Gaikwad, one of the co-founders, does not know how to maintain professionalism in the office and has a habit of disrespectfully talking to his subordinates and calling them by inappropriate names. 3. The stakeholders of the company are very biased when it comes to considering work-related opinions. 4. A heavy amount of my salary was deducted, stating low productivity even though I was working from home for 8–9 hours on a daily basis due to medical reasons for which I provided a medical certificate and reports. Although a couple of employees have the liberty to work on a hybrid basis, even if they're fit and fine to work from office. 5. There is no proper uniformity of rules for a set of favorite employees in this organization. 6. Wrongly evaluating and criticizing employees based on their performance when their confirmation or appraisal is due. 7. Making AI the pillar of the company in terms of content and kicking out several writers or frustrating them to an extent where they leave the organization. 8. Employees here do not have the liberty to sit wherever they want to, even if the place is vacant, and Akshay would shift their places again and again as per his convenience. 9. Expecting quantity over quality of work. 10. Micro-managing the employees on notice period or people they're planning to kick out of their job. 11. They've had a history of kicking 4 people out during my 4-month tenure with them.
