      Pros

      Strong emphasis on teamwork, great people, lots of opportunity to make a difference. I don't see much political maneuvering (although it happens everywhere).

      Cons

      Concerns about the pending integration with Western Digital makes it hard to hire, so it can take a long time to fill positions.
