Cons
No documentation, poor management with change direction everyday due to improper planning. Manager want to perform and over commit make the engineer are overloaded. Risk Management: Also very depend on the certain perform engineer only which is no good in risk management point of view. The knowledge are not documented and share to diversify to train up other engineer. Improper arrangement in Production: Production line technology are back dated. Operator discipline is very bad which can sleep in line and walking around for chatting. There is operator even sabotage the machine after they tired working. QC engineer: never go production and the knowledge on statistic is very bad. Also like to push responsibility to others
