You see - management makes good and bad decisions. When they make good decisions, everyone enjoys, but management takes a whole lot more. That is okay. When they make bad decisions, people are laid off. Management still enjoys while workers are left in the cold without jobs. That is not okay. This happens everywhere infrequently, but these guys are just remorseless pros doing this every 6 mos. at some place or the other.
