Nothing Great - Anonymous employee WD Employee Review

-Not much room to grow or to get promoted, -There is excessive work, cannot balance work/life, should allow work from home at least once a week, since most people are working 7 days a week anyway! -Benefits are very poor, health plan is really horrible -Forced vacation, forced shutdown, almost no vacatiions hours remain in your balance -Very poorly organized, no rigorous documentation, no robust training program -Some people have no work, easy jobs but have been able to survive in the company while some folks are getting squeezed due to ever increasing work load
