Employees appear to be attracted to their location in Milpitas; close to Freemont. So if you live in freemont, it is an easy commute.
Cons
Obviously, these are my opinions based upon what I've seen in the "Client Solutions" software development organization: - Very poor management on the software side - Software management lacks vision - Doesn't know how to do software development - Not clear why they are in Silicon Valley - Software developers are not treated well
