Pros
I've been enjoying working with this company for many years. HGST inherited all the good culture from IBM, combined it with Hitachi's and evolved into a highly attractable working place.
Cons
Though data storage demand is foreseeably high, HGST's key competence is in HDD sector which most likely will be overtaken by SSD in the future.
