      Pros

      I could not find much Pros about WD for the overall IT process, perhaps time flexibility was the only thing.

      Cons

      Bad management, does not value good employees, pay way below the current market value for IT, and the worse part is management tends to tolerate irresponsible employees and push those loads to other good employees rather than fixing the real issue.
