      Pros

      Large company. Will grow into future with acquisition of SanDisk. Largest storage provider in the world. Hopefully they will leverage that in a positive way for everyone

      Cons

      Poor benefits. High deductibles. Low 401k match. Poor company culture. Almost toxic. No work life balance. Managers are rude and insensitive
