Pros
Good amount of autonomy and supportive to personal time. Very established corporate regime, which can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
Cons
Lots of movement and layoffs since the acquisition of HGST and SanDisk. In the time I was there, the company went through about 9 different layoff rounds over a 5yr period, and I assume more will be coming.
