Pros
- Decent benefits, including paid new parent leave - Location was great, minimal security issues - Stellar peers in adjacent departments (Facilities and EHS)
Cons
- Company is notoriously tight on budget and Procurement does not update their evaluation practices. Security at all levels was extremely underpaid considering how big of a company it is and the current state of the security industry. - Gossip and drama both at the site level and within the security management team are horrible. Be careful who you befriend because they might be speaking ill of you to someone important behind your back.
