      Lots of room for practice, great veterans to teach you the ropes, a friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Low base pay, but to be expected for a smaller station. Lots of turnover because most reporters move on!

      The pay is awful and the environment. People yell at each other and cuss. Not good.
