The people are really good people. I enjoyed working with my fellow colleagues! It's very neat to work at a TV station and see how the magic happens. Also, it's a well known TV station and is good for the ego!

Too many management meeting that left managers unavailable to staff that needed assistance or approval on things. Ad rates vary so much and it can be difficult to justify to customers(part of the business in general, but still difficult). At the time, there was a shift in many upper management positions, which made this position seem shaky and employees felt uncertain about their futures.

Nothing can be a pro about this station

No one willing to train new hires, No change to move up in the company as they prefer to hire outside instead of promoting within the news department, Dead last in the ratings and shows no signs to want to do better.
