Work-life balance Great culture Kind managers (for the most part) Hybrid work environment On-site gym Employees are encouraged to grow their skills I have worked at several different places throughout my career, and WCF has the best culture and people I've ever worked with.

Less emphasis on DEI starting Jan. 2025 Going through growing pains while expanding commercial lines
