Good team building. Most of the people are nice.

A lot of old people. Many in the software developer team has no real innovation, They are very rigid and not open to new ideas - i guess they treat the company as their retirement safe zone - while actually they are jeopardizing the essence of real advance technology. They are not welcome when new requirement from the clients - instead they throw thousands of excuse.

Very good experience and work in a very interesting field

It is a small company so you will not have a long career planning
