Pros
This is a company where you get to be surrounded by friends and peers, and everyone is together supporting and cheering for each other. I've had the opportunity to learn, and grow, move into new opportunities, participate in leadership workshops and innovative new business and technologies practices and certifications, and advance my earnings year over year to the point that I've been able to achieve my financial goals for my family. Their commitments to the communities that we are living in and working in have created ways for me to give back and get involved!
Cons
I love that WBM considers western Canada home, my work takes me to Vancouver, to the prairies, and we get to meet and work with great people everywhere. This does have me travelling, which could be a drawback to some. having said that, many work remotely at WBM, and the company has even purchased homes in Calgary and Winnipeg so we get to stay in nice accommodations in cool neighbourhoods.
