      I love the mission of the organization and the clients that we work with. I have also loved the people that I report to and work alongside.

      Pros

      Mission-driven organization. Fairly well structured for a non-profit. Autonomy to create new initiatives. Highly attuned to DEI even if it’s scrubbed from the website.

      Cons

      Culture micro-managed by CEO with dated ideas and values. No real HR department or employee relations focus - HR is the CEOs lapdog. Pay is horrible. Very limited advancement opportunities.
