WAX is a very unwelcoming, demeaning and disrespectful place to work. I, unfortunately, was here during a time where they hired an intern, and I was baffled at how they treated their intern. Their main duties were getting coffee and lunches for other staff, running errands, answering the phone and watering plants. You will gain zero experience if you apply to be the intern. I refuse to work for a company that still thinks it's okay to treat employees this way. Especially ones who are trying to gain actual work related experience. The President constantly yells at people in his office, the turnover is high, you never get rewarded or praised for what you did right, but just scolded at for what you did wrong. Everyone who works here is either angry, stressed or overwhelmed with workload. There are plenty of jobs in the city; save yourself from this place.
