      - Your CV will have improved drastically after working for Wavteq - You interact with diverse teams across the globe - Everyone that you work alongside is down to earth and will do everything they can to help you - There's opportunities for travel - They promote from within - If you're good at what you do they'll not be afraid to assign high level work to you - It's a rapidly growing company with many different avenues you can venture into

      Cons

      - It can occasionally be very busy/stressful with multiple contracts finishing at the same time - The hierarchy in some teams isn't always clear

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere with plenty of support to progress in the field, even with little or no experience.

      Cons

      Senior management manage remotely and do not see the impact or influence employees have in their respective offices. Also, difficult to get a response for questions employees may have with their duties.
