Pros

It has been an amazing experience so far. The atmosphere is so positive and you just feel like you’re learning and working with friends. You will learn a lot in a short time and get hands on training and advice. Moving up is very possible and attainable with a good work ethic.

Cons

You have to be ready to learn, work and take direction. Not really a con unless you don’t want to be working full time.

Pros

This is a really competitive program. I have been pushed out my comfort zone working here, but can see the benefits tremendously. The team is young, hungry and competitive which motivates me on a daily basis. I’ve learnt sales, negotiation, communication, leadership. Managing people, interviewing, training. i’m being cross trained in business development, HR and finance and legal administration.

Cons

Hard work. Definitely not for those who are not ready for management.

Pros

No pros at all other than that they teach you sales techniques that you can use later on in any industry and make better money.

Cons

Essentially a pyramid scheme. Epic failure of Jwon consultants, black and white inc and a few others. Look up TX communications group on glassdoor or google and you'll just see they cover up their tracks with nothing but bad reviews that go in depth. Which is probably why they changed their name twice in a span of 3 months. They don't believe in any negativity what so ever but you'll see that their company is flooded with it in an attempt to make the pyramid scheme look more legitimate. You'll just drive around Houston and get underpaid once a month. Some of the managers are straight disrespectful and have no consideration that you may have a personal life. They probably put hundreds of job postings, even though I've gotten a much better paying job I still get all their nonsense job ads in my inbox. I'm posting this in an effort to help anyone gain better knowledge of what they get themselves into. Only top 1% make it and get money out of your free expense which is why there's such a high turn over. They only have money because they don't pay a single worker anything out of their own pockets yet call themselves "business owners".
