Pros

None of the pros are worth it

Cons

Completely disorganized, not sure if it is a real company. They go by both Wave Interactions and Compass Innovate, so beware. They have to change the name around because they have such a bad reputation. Please do not waste your time on this company. They have cost me so much over the course of the past few months. I deeply regret ever answering them and I don't want this to happen to someone else.

Pros

Upbeat, diverse staff. Friendly company culture, though not for everyone. If you like fraternities, the culture is very similar to one. You get to dress up every day for work. The script they give you is simple and easy to memorize. Not super laborious. Can teach you valuable skills to become an effective salesperson.

Cons

Long hours for very little pay. Structured as $60 per day you work (can range from 8-hour to 10-hour days depending on where they tell you to go) with a chance at $40 commission per closed sale. You are selling Comcast subscriptions in Walmarts and Best Buys to consumers. Sometimes you go as far as West Virginia to stand in the electronics aisle to pitch sales. The job can be very boring with long hours of standing up. You have to drive your own car (and at times you'll be driven) to set locations to set up. You are not compensated for wear and tear, but you are compensated for gas. Also has a relatively high turnover rate for good reason.
