You receive a pay check every two weeks.
Cons
You start out as a contract employee. After your 90 day probationary period, if they like you they will either hire you as a full time employee or keep you as a 1099 (contract) employee. It is at their desecration. They speak about you behind your back as well as in front of you. The micro managing is out of control and very uncomfortable. They have no concern for your well being or the well being of your family. It is a very unhealthy, unstable, fragile work environment that starts with the management team.
