No cons to working here.

Great place if you are looking for something stable and you love commercial real estate. This was an admin job for the project managers and subcontractors. I loved this position. I learned about about HVAC and being a subcontractor. I do with that I could have been more involved. I had outgrown the job. This is a small business which can be a plus. They are very trusting. Get the job done.

No real cons to report here besides there isn't really a ladder to climb. Especially in admin. Not much room to move up to any other position unless you are going to school for project management specifically in HVAC.
