Wardjet fosters a great interdepartmental culture. It provides many opportunities for personal growth and training within the company. Management is flexible if you have a family crisis, they are flexible and understanding. Management structure is very flat and the managers have an open door policy. Many of Wardjet tools are available for personal use after hours.

Due to Wardjet's rapid growth there, it is going through several growing phases and changes in the organization. I expect to see these changes pay off in the near future.
