Pros
Not many places where you can find a great company culture, but WAMS is one of them. You enjoy working here with a great team and better people! When I was hired at WAMS, one of the most important factors was finding not just a job, but a career that would allow me to grow and take advantage of opportunities when presented. WAMS said this would be there for me and they delivered. You truly are in control of your position and success -- if you're unable to stick with WAMS, it's because you didn't do enough to be successful as you are given the resources to perform your job at a high-level. Management is extremely transparent with expectations but will NOT micromanage the team. One of the key things with WAMS that I truly appreciate is they really do understand work life balance, something many companies promise but don't deliver. WAMS delivers as an employer.
Cons
Not really cons but just what the job is: it's fast-paced and consistently busy. If you cannot multi-task, WAMS isn't for you. Demanding clients within the legal community but bottom line, there is a job to get done. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Self-motivation is key and wanting to get the job done should be the focus... no time for lazy work ethic.
