Long 12 hour shifts but decent pay

The only pro I can say is the associates become your family.

No true leadership. No training. HR is a joke and couldn't get pay or vacation time accurate for over 7 months straight. People with over 20+ years were let go for personal reasons NOT performance based. Raises and reviews are not given accurately. Working conditions are deplorable in the Building 1 and Hall 3. Expect to be asked to lie to Customers to hide truths about why parts are late even though you are working 6 days a week mandatory.
