Not having to work in a cutthroat hostel work environment.

Horrible workload, Wagner is out of Missouri and wants to pay everyone Missouri wages. Best practice for Wagner HR is to delay your merit increase and not back pay the hard working employee. Worst benefits, no incentives and zero care or concern for the employee. Once you make a certain amount by a Missouri pay scale, they will find a way to cut you to save a buck. Very inexperienced management with only their best interest. You are nothing to these people. Turn over rate is over 50% for a reason. The employees are working in a high stress, hostel work environment while changing payroll,programs, and WMS yearly.
