Pros
Still a good place to learn the business of broadcast news.
Cons
The takeover by Gray TV doesn't bode well for the longevity of current employees. Automation and the never ending battle for saving a buck have whittled the staff down to an unfortunate extreme. It used to be a great atmosphere where everyone felt like family, now they tell you to just be happy you still have a job.
