Pros

There were a million job postings for WADIX when I was applying for jobs. I went through each interview (1st and 2nd) and learned a lot. What I gathered from the company was that each job they posted with a different title, was actually for the same position. The job postings are labeled as everything BUT sales (which in reality is what this business is built upon). It's a multi-leveled sales training that puts you through a training process in the beginning and winds you up in a sales manager role for a year before you are put into your own office to start the process all over again. It seems like a good opportunity, but you have to be willing to be in a retail location or residential location through the entire process of "building your team" for 10-12 hour days, then when you are in your own office, you are overseeing an entire team doing the same thing you did of "going through the field". Overall, nice team with motivated people. It's inspiring, but not for me. I was there for one day and did not come back.

Cons

work-life balance? Forget it. do not start unless you can fully commit your life to this.

Pros

Never have I come across an oppurtunity to work for such a company that not only cares about their people but also pushes their limits to achieve greatness. At Wadix i have learned a number of things but the one that keeps me at this company is the amount of passion they have at building others and creating new managers. That is hard to come by. Not only am i surronded by an ambitious, hard working, and dedicated team, but im also working with me mentor/boss everyday. How often do you come across a boss that trains you to be better than them? Ill wait.

Cons

Theres no room for comfotability, it keeps me on my toes everyday and pushes me mentally to stay focused and determined to get the job done. The weak will perish and the strong will thrive.
