WACO doesn't pay a living wage unless you are willing and able to work overtime during the week and on weekends. It's unnecessary to structure the pay in this way, insulting given the amount of skill required to perform the work, and not in the best interest of the company. It takes a lot of time to train people to do this job well-competent employees aren't going to stay under those conditions and new hires have to be continuously trained. Not a great use of resources.
