Pros
Nerf gun fights, wild holiday parties. Teams willing to help and support each other. Side time to do freeform google research to support interesting projects. Plenty of experience learning to use enterprise grade security tools. Lots of food and snacks available in the office.
Cons
Poor onboarding and training. Toxic management style and culture. Volatile work environment, and job opportunities. Although there is a product being marketed by the company, it is a facade to accrue more clients and is primarily useless. Much of what needs to be done requires exhaustive manual labor. There is an average of about 2.8 people quitting or being fired per month over the two years. With ~30 people employed at the company at any given time, that's an extremely high amount of turnover, don't expect to last very long. This company is more of a stepping stone for other, more professional careers. This is primarily due to the negative management culture that permeates the organization.
